VolTra is a youth-focused charity dedicated to Action Learning, global citizenship, and meaningful journeys. We are seeking a passionate, people-oriented people to nurture our community of changemakers and ensure the smooth execution of our local and overseas impact programs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Action Learning Programmes (Local and Global)
- Assist in the preparation and operation of local impact programs and overseas placements, handling the essential logistics and coordination to ensure smooth and life-changing experiences.
- Act as the bridge between VolTra and participants to support their learning and engagement during and after local events or overseas workcamps.
- Manage essential operational processes such as application processing and database maintenance with precision to ensure every volunteer’s journey is handled with care.
- Collaborate on ad hoc projects that expand the organization’s reach and positive social impact.
2. Alumni Community Building
- Mobilize and nurture our network of alumni, providing opportunities for them to grow, return as mentors, and use their talents to drive future initiatives.
- Serve as the VolTra representative on social media and digital channels, offering empathetic support to aspiring volunteers and guiding them through their changemaker journey.
3. Impact Storytelling
- Uncover and amplify the impactful stories of our community, transforming participant experiences into touching content that promotes the spirit of volunteering.
